TheTalkingBath's 2/3-Piece Wheel Pack: Update

-Every single wheel is now inside a core slot to reduce clutter, you can choose sizes and colors inside this slot

-I've added a lot of sizes on this update, but since I lost track of which were already I'll list all the sizes available for the rims:

• MSR Dory (4/5-lug): 15x7, 15x8, 16x7, 16x8

• UTR Master01: 15x7, 15x8, 16x7, 16x8

-Added lug nut color customization (available colors: Silver, Black, Copper, Bronze, Blue, Red, Colorable (Secondary/Tertiary)

-Tweaked min/max rimcenter offset values for MSR Alpbach Chalk, MSR Alpbach Monarch, MSR Meisendorf, MSR Meisendorf Mauerbach

-Minor bug fixes and misc tweaks

-Reduced file size and edited .data textures' compression format
