Map Progress Update: Farm #4

Good evening, FS fans. I'm excited to announce that another farm is in and mostly complete on the map! This farm fits its location really well if you ask me and has an older feel to it. It's smaller and simple and would be a great place to start out. It has a beef operation with a large pasture, simple grain and hay storage, and a couple sheds to store equipment. It's just unique enough to have a different feel than any other farm on the map. Check it out for yourself!

Another addition that I'm excited to bring back from the original map back in FS17 has been completed. As you explore the map and build your farms, you might run across a sign nailed to a tree or posted in other areas that are worth your time to stop and take a look at. I've brought back all the bible verses that were included in the original project and placed them in over 50 locations around the map. It's something that this project had to have and if it encourages just one person, it will be well worth the time spent. You'll have to do some pretty serious exploration to find them all! There are so many great messages posted to check out. One of my favorites is Romans 5:8 - "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." What is yours?

In addition to working on farms and adding new stuff, I've been spending quite a bit of time on bug fixes and requests for new stuff. At some point I will have to come to a stopping point, but as long as it is truly moving the map forward as far as the simulation side goes, I'm going to keep adding a few more things that you just don't see in many projects.

As for a Beta 5.0 timeline goes; I just don't have an answer yet. If it is to be the last beta version, there's still more to finish so it can be tested. I'm moving as fast as time and schedules allow.
