Loma Row Crop Ready

Loma, Montana RCR version is ready to be thoroughly tested if anyone is interested. I thought it would be a nice little reward for those who are still Patreon members. I have also made a couple other minor changes that you will see. First, I changed the way placeable items are listed so that when playing multiplayer, any player will be able to open doors, use fuel tanks, etc., instead of just one person.

I also changed the way mowed grass, alfalfa, and clover are handled. All mowers now place down dry versions of these crops. This gets rid of the need for tedding (which I hate doing). You can still use a tedder if you would like, but now you just mow and then rake to get the dried versions of these crops.
