Comic Q&A Prompts
Hey folks, I'm going to be doing a series of answers to reader questions in comic form! So if there's anything you'd like to ask about me, my comics, or whatever, I'd love it if you could share them here (or DM me if you'd like to ask anonymously).
Thanks so much!

Will we ever see another session of Dungeons and Discourse? Possibly with some Dark Science cast members?
Who are your past and current (and future...??) influences, heroes, or lessons in what not to do?
Do you ever miss doing the wide variety of shorter storylines, like those pre-Dark Science? How about some of the characters, like the Tokamak twins?
Do you plan to have another character with visible prosthetics, since Kim has become a full post-human and Ling has replaced her arm with a more human looking one and long sleeves? I kinda miss when Kim would just take an arm off and tinker with it, because something wasn't "improved enough" yet.
Of the characters you created (not just Dark Science, but from the start of DC), do you have a favorite character to write? Semi-related, if all of the characters were real, which would you want to hang out with the most?
How do the Dark Scientists transfer their power to a new person? If that's not giving any future plot points away.
I mean, I could probably guess from the content of your comics, but what *is* your favorite geological/prehistoric era? (mine's the Cretaceous but that's just 'cause I'm a sucker for theropods)
Regarding plots: how do you write your plots? Critical events in cards that you move around-style, or Aristotelian beginning-middle-end style?
Sort of piggybacking on Fenelthin's question. How do you now see the relationship between Dark Science, Hob, and the various one-off comics? Are they all part of the same "continuity"? Are the earlier strips more like juvenilia? (Just to be clear, I fell in love with DC back in the early days. I don't think them as being inferior to Dark Science, but the vibe was quite different then.)
These are all amazing questions so far, so let me spoil it: What dye did you use to get your hair *so purple*?!
I think you mentioned back in the distant depths of time that one of your Patreon objectives was to hire an assistant. Do you have any hired help these days, or are you doing the entire process solo?
Plotting wise, where does "Dark Science" lie on the continuum between "thoroughly outlined" and "vague ending in mind but otherwise letting imagination/inspiration/the characters/etc. drive"?
If applicable: Of all the characters who have changed (in any way) over the course of Dark Science, whose change surprised you the most as it occurred to you?
Have your feelings about transhumanism changed?
What gets you started in the morning?
How much of the current story did you originally have planned back when you were doing other, shorter storylines like the Time Colonists.
Which part of the process is the most time-consuming? Which part is the most difficult (physically or emotionally, or whatever)?
