Isn't it an amazing feeling?! I got diagnosed and tried meds for the first time less than a year ago. It has made such a difference to my life, hope it helps you too!
Yeah, they can definitely make a massive difference sometimes. It took me 10 years to get to where I know my dose and when I need it and when I don't. ADHD is a evil bastard sometimes.

It makes an amazing difference. The trick is keeping the laser focus pointed where is supposed to be; the temptation to get caught up in details is strong.
