Most of the glands affecting emotional state are in the brain, which she kept more-or-less intact. The only mood-altering glands outside the brain are the adrenal (easily administered into brain circulation if she feels she needs it), the thyroid (do you even need thyroid hormone if your body is artificial?) and the gonads (which only Kim knows whether she wanted to recreate).
