Life-saving scoreboard
So as I'm wrapping up the current page, I got to thinking, how many times has each character saved another character's life? I do think Elith is the reigning champ, but I'm also bad at counting. Correct me if I miss something:
Elith: 4
Saved Kim from Congruity DS #36)
Saved Kim from Congruity (specifically Harthrow) in DS #71
Saved Kim from Volo #2 in DS #110
Saved Kim from Sirius's creeps in DS #165
Also Volo #2 posing as Elith did save everyone from Harthrow in DS #95
Xiaoling: 2
Saved Kim and Elith from Volo #2 in DS #112
Saved Kim from Sirius in DS #173 (I guess we don't know if Kim could have taken him, but it probably would have been a lot messier either way)
Honorable mention: Ling basically saves Kim's soul in two key moments, namely DS #118 and #136 when she's about to murk someone in a fit of rage
Melchior: 1
Saves Kim from Sirius (with help from the townsfolk) in DS #172
Kim: 2-ish
Saves Elith, Nod, Melchior, and Enoch from the Dark Scientists in DS #77
Saves Melchior in DS #118
There's numerous instances of Kim saving side or non-named characters, so her total number of rescues is the highest
Arguably saves Ling from a life of not kissing her

Melchior saved Bogan down in the prison cave thing, if that counts.
Well, after rereading, it might have been more incidental than anything else.
It's funny how Elith, by far the least physically imposing, runs up the score with sheer moxie and situational awareness
if someone saved my life 5 times, they would also get a free sub. cuz im not a dom.
It's my impression most people aren't into Ds, so that's not nearly as cut and dried as you might think. I mean, sure, it may still be true for you, but it wouldn't simply be due to your not being a dom.
