Override | Nap Animation Replacement
I love custom animations that replace game animations, and I finally decided to create my own. I chose the nap animation because it's the most common one I see in my game. I hope you will like them too. If you don't need replacements but are only interested in animations, you can download them here💕
For adults and children
Replaces the animation on the bed, sofa, and armchair/chair
The lying down and getting up animations remain default; I only replaced the actual napping loop
You can download individual replacements or all in one
Place the files in the Mods folder. It should contain only one animation replacement.
BED ANIMATION
SOFA ANIMATION
ARMCHAIR ANIMATION
Early access until Aug 24, 2025
Do not upload any of my content to Russian websites. This is my personal stance, which I don't feel the need to explain — I hope it's clear enough. Thank you.
Do not re-upload my content — always credit and link back to my account.
If you want, you can edit my files — but only for personal use. Please do not reupload them or share them as your own.
Thank you endlessly for your support in any shape or form! Feel free to tag me on Instagram, Tumblr, or TikTok — it always makes my day 💕

heyy i love your content !! i got an idea for a mod that is like, nap on lap. where you can nap with your head/feet on other sim's lap. just an idea, again love you content (specially this override!!)
Hi! I don't make mods for animated interactions, but I can create an animation like that on its own. By the way, I’ve actually done something similar before.
I can't download it! it's an rar, can you give me a different link?
download 7zip to extract
Hello, this isn't working in my game
Check the installation is correct, perhaps you have added all the files to the game along with al-in-all
Hello is this working since the new update please
it is not working for me /:
You might have mod conflictions or something is outdated, it worked for me js now.
works great thanks :D
thanks 💕
Hi! how come the package says rar? im sorry if that comes off as rude but it says its not downloaded anything because of it.
its a winrar zip file. You need to download winrar (its free) and extract the package files inside into your mods folder
Hi, the animation won't show in my game
Hi. Check the installation. The animation is working. Make sure you added to the game either the single all-in-one file or the individual files for a custom installation.
Im having trouble with the animation showing in game
Same
Hello, I was wondering if this mod is compatible with the February 3 update. It’s one of my favorite mods, so I’d really like to keep using it if possible. Thank you in advance for your response.
The mod works 💕🤞
hello can u update it please , my sims cant interact with each others when i use it
Very strange, this mod doesn’t touch any files that could affect interactions. Make sure the issue still occurs when this animation replacement is the ONLY file in your Mods folder.
Hello, just wanted to let u know that this mod continuesly freezes all my other interactions (between sims) in game. Had to delete it, I really liked it :(
I didn't quite understand the problem 🫣
Any conflicts with the recently updated -December 28- "Seated Nap" Mod by Meraki ? Meraki mod states applies to any sim to nap in chair on sofa; but no mention of Sim needing Lazy Trait. Found on Curseforge.
I don't think this can conflict, these are completely different mods
omg omg, i saw a very old one but it was poses so omg :D
🫶🏻
Amo este override!!!! Aunque tengo una duda, cómo es que durmen en un sillón? No me da esa opción
To sleep on a chair you have to have a lazy character trait, if that's what you're talking about ☺️ Thank you!
hi! the sfs link wont work :(
It's strange, it works for me https://www.simfileshare.net/download/5609447/

Hi, this won't work for me as it's a .rar file
Hi, you need to unzip the folder using any archiver you like.
I just love these so much ty
Thank you ❤️😊
super cute!! will be using <3
It's funny to read "Do not upload any of my content to Russian websites" considering I'm freely downloading your mods outside of Russian websites. Stop causing Russophobia :)
Well considering the war between Russia and Ukraine... it makes sense.
I love how relaxed they look! the kid sleeping in bed animation is 100% my pose lol
