FA Token Browser - Foundry Module
Hey everyone!
We’re excited to officially release the FA Token Browser (beta) — a dedicated Foundry VTT (v13+) module built around our token collection, making browsing, searching, and using tokens easier than ever!

Key Features
Unified Token Browser - Browse both local and cloud tokens in a single interface
Advanced Search - Use the search bar to filter by name, type, or other criteria, supports AND OR NOT terms
Preview: Hover over any token to see a larger preview with detailed info as well as correct size/scale grid representation.
Thumbnail Sizes - Adjustable thumbnail sizes (small, medium, large) for optimal viewing

Color Variants: Right Click on a token to view available color variants (When color variants available and option selected)
Drag & Drop: Drag tokens directly onto actors (hold shift to skip confirm window) or scenes
Wildcard Tokens: Enable "Randomize Wildcard Images" in the token dialog to download all color variants as wildcards, allowing Foundry to randomly select from available colors

Cloud Integration with Patreon
Full access to Free Token Library right out of the box
Premium Token Access for Patreon supporters (Adventurer tier $7+) via OAuth
Smart local caching for smoother experience
ForgeVTT support
Module itself and more info can be found here:

This is currently in "beta" as it wasn't really tested under a heavy load yet, so please give it a try~
New tokens will be added upon release and we plan on adding more features as well based on your feedback, wants & needs. So please do let us know if you manage to break something, find a bug, have a question or simply let us know what new feature you would like to see ^_^ Either directly through Github issues , on our Discord or in the comments here on Patreon.
Thank you all for your amazing support!

Is there a version for foundry 12?
The module is amazing and exactly what I was looking for from y'all. One issue I'm having is that I can't seem to find the Spirit variants anywhere. Tried searching for Spirit/s, for creatures that have a spirit variant, etc and nothing.
That's on purpose at the moment, I'm experimenting with a potential code/shader/filter effects implementation that could be applied to any token rather than flooding the database with 5000+ spirit tokens. You can side load them localy if you want to in the meantime.
Great work. Just tried it and this simplifies my image selection a lot.
In the future, will you implement the ability to place random tokens, not just based on color, but also based on different tokens? For example: I want different villagers on the "commoner" character sheet, and when placing the tokens on the table, I want them to randomly draw a cook, an explorer, a mine worker, or whatever.
Sounds like an interesting feature! Will need some brainstorming how to do that properly since that's potentially quite a lot of tokens to donwload at once~ Please add it as a feature request on github ( https://github.com/Forgotten-Adventures/FA-Token-Browser/issues )
This just made life so much easier!! Is there any way to point it to folder not in App Data?
No, that's a security measure within foundry, it cant see the folders outside of it's own app folder.
Wow!
my face just melted, this is **amazing!!!**
went to look on the forge's Bazzar, the module says it's incompatible with my foundry version, I belive i'm on the latest version, Is this intentional?
i am on 13.346 and it is green aka certified for V13
OMG yes this is what I have been wanting, but I do have a clarifying question. I don't pay for the cloud option and instead just have a folder for all your tokens that I periodically updated with your new token packs(which I know are changing how they work as well). When you supports local, does it only work with your tokens or any token inside those folder? And does the local folder need to be in a specific location or can we manually point to the folder directory?
It'll work with local tokens, you can point the module into the local folder in the module settings. It'll work with virtually any other tokens too, but in a limited manner as the module is expecting a specific filename formatting etc for all the functionality.
That sounds awesome, sounds like a very well thought-through solution. I must speed up my transition to Foundry ASAP so I can use it!
