August WIP-2

I’m here to share my latest creation progress with everyone 🥳!

All the modeling work for the high school bedroom is fully finished 🎉! This set will include over 60 CC items in total 🎀! I’ve created a raised bed 🛏️. I originally planned to make a brand new animation for it, letting Sims climb up with both hands supporting themselves and then snuggle into the bed covers 😴. Unfortunately, I basically have zero animation production skills 😭. I’m stuck by complicated work like skeleton rigging, weight painting and motion adjustment, which makes me a little upset 💔. I’ll keep learning and practicing hard to realize this idea in the future 💪!

There are windows and matching doors with blinds 🪟🚪, as well as a computer equipped with a portable electronic keyboard 💻🎹! I’ve played the gig tour mod before, where Sims can create music on the computer and experience the life of a musician 🎶. This room is designed for a lively and unique high school student who loves music and has favorite idols ✨! This computer will have two versions 🥰: one with an electronic keyboard and one without!

You’ll also find piles of books 📚, a tilted floor lamp with a broken bracket 💡, and a clothes rack decorated with sling bags 🎒, Copperdale High school uniforms, casual outfits and various shoes 👟👖. All of these will be made into independent single CC items 🧩, so you can place and match them freely!

A tablet is placed on the suitcase 📱. Teen Sims can sit on the floor with their friends, watch videos and eat snacks 🍿, or finish homework together around the small low table ✏️, full of warm vibes! The basket on the ground is a snack basket 🍬. I’ve already made the interactive version of this CC that allows Sims to grab instant snacks directly! The suitcase is also functional 👔 and supports outfit changing! The floor cushion is exclusive to the protagonist, so their friends have to sit on stacks of books when visiting 🤣!

I plan to make the storage box at the end of the bed multi-functional 📦✨! It works as both a bookshelf and a clothes rack, allowing Sims to read books and change clothes. After all, storage boxes are always stuffed with all kinds of stuff 😆! Sticky notes are pasted everywhere 🏷️ — everyone has lots of little things to remember in life, right?

Besides that 🥬! I’ve developed planter boxes with greenhouse functions 🌱. Players can plant seeds at any time without seasonal restrictions. Meanwhile, ordinary planter boxes without heat preservation covers won’t be affected at all and will keep their original normal functions! I will finish a complete set of gardening-themed CC as soon as possible 🪴! I’m totally obsessed with farming 🥰, Stardew Valley has brought me so many creative inspirations 🤭!

All models for Cozy Living are completed perfectly ✅! I still need more time to polish and brainstorm new ideas for Cozy Study 💡, so I’ll work on it next month 📅!

I’ve also got a brand new creative idea 💭! I want to make a bedroom set for heartbroken girls, and I already have tons of wonderful ideas in my mind 🫶!
