You'll be able to find them directly in their apartment in the city's residential area.

What all are you currently able to do with Charlie?
For the moment there is only same-size oral vore and anal vore. You can check the guide on the website to see the list of all possible interactions for each character, if you don't want to miss anything

Yes, there's a good chance of that happening in the next few months.
will there be an after scene like with mia and rouge?~ like where they are admiring their body? id love to see that with charlie
It's not currently planned, but it's a scene that could be added later if I add more to this character.
Small thing for people not finding Charlie, for some reason, the update turns off humans in the preferences section Can I also ask for a changelog that shares all that is added or changed?

You need to update your preferences in the preferences popup. There have been some changes, so be sure to check it.
