Well, I just noticed - at the end of the video - that it’s from 2017, when I first started watching your channel, so it is probably not a contender for the property to be purchased. Too bad. I love the kitchens and well, everything about it - except that it is in California. The fenced in area is the orchard. Possibly pistachios. The fence is to keep deer and such out. The tower could be a storage place, maybe for the drying process with the crop. The doghouse looking structures are most likely for well pumps - I wonder if they went dry? I was going to ask you what the asking price was until I noticed how old it was. But maybe it’s still available and the principals are motivated. I’m totally infatuated and smitten with the place and can see me in a caretaker role staying in the small cabin near the orchard while cleaning, painting and making the necessary repairs (I’m a Jack-of-all-trades, handyman artist/writer kind of old guy). The little garage would make an awesome studio! But the kitchens are really nice and I love to cook. Oh well, I love to dream, too. When I get tired of the nomadic life, if ever, and I accumulate the capital and find the acreage, I have the dream of building a geodesic dome/earthship type of self sufficient off grid habitat to spend the final years and to leave something tangible for the grandchildren to (hopefully) appreciate and enjoy. But, if and when you and your sister get some property, keep me in mind - I can provide references and DOJ clearance- for the caretaker position or a “sweat-equity” partner. I’m not a bad cook, either. ☮️&💟 GR8FL Dale

I think that is the pump house...and it may have had to be big enough to supply water for the whole place...livestock tanks and all. And the "water tower" isn't a water tower. I think a body could keep a little grain (in bags) up there, and a little hay to feed a horse or two. The loft was high enough to sorta dicourage mice and such from messin' with the grain. And the bottom was roomy enough
