Updating from old Classic Mini versions

The process is simple, you will be moving the roms, covers and saves from the old Classic Mini into the new version.

🔰Moving your Games

In your OLD Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\resources\Saved Games\Console_name"
And copy the rom files (your ROM files, not the folder).

In your NEW Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\games"
And paste your ROM files there.

🔰Moving your Covers

In your OLD Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\resources\images\covers"
And copy the cover files (the images, not the folder).

In your NEW Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\covers"
And paste your cover images there.

*For systems with more than one console (Game Boy and SEGA) you will have to paste the roms and covers in each console's corresponding folders
"resources\games\CONSOLE_NAME".
"resources\covers\CONSOLE_NAME".

🔰Moving your Saves

In your OLD Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\resources\retroarch"
And copy the SAVES and STATES folders.

In your NEW Classic Mini folder go to: "resources\retroarch"
And paste your folders there.

🔰 Using other cores (for advanced users)

Make sure to download the new core within retroarch, open settings.json y change the line "coreFilename". Let's use the NES Mini as example:

CURRENT:
"coreFilename": "nestopia_libretro.dll",

YOU WOULD CHANGE IT TO:
"coreFilename": "fceumm_libretro.dll",

Or whatever other core you're using for that console.

If something does not makes sense for you, let me know, remember that supporters can send me private messages for further support with this and other related stuff.

Stay awesome!
