This mod seems to make my Better buildbuy mod freak out. Saying bbb has been installed incorrectly (which it wasn't) and the notification doesn't show up when this mod isn't in my mods folder.

Thank you so much for this! Normally I just deal with the store button when I open the game, but it seems to be doing that thing again where the drop down notif thing comes back every time I switch sims or travel and it was driving me bonkers, so this is much appreciated <3

I used to just mouse over the shop once per game session and be good, but now it's popping up every 5 minutes. This is now a necessity for me to play without flipping my lid.

this button has become so much more unbearable recently omg this mod is a godsent. thank you truly

Some of my mods were broken from the update. But I went through them systematically, found the troublemakers, and updated as needed. Including this latest version of your no cart mod. The no ad default menu version I had was seriously broken, but I don't know if that's true of your current versions. I removed that one for now but might want to try one of the others for a different look. That home view one looks slick. Has it been updated?

Omg it will be less anxious to play. Thank youuuu ! Do you consider to extend this “hide the upselling” mod to the pushy behavior of ea in game ? For example, if a user did not have some specific packs, the worlds and the events related are still displayed with an option “buy this pack to access on it” in game.

This mod came up on my BetterExceptions scan for the July 1 update :( I think it's broken.

I can't thank you enough for this mod and constantly keeping it up to date. I know there will always be those who think I'm exaggerating, but I really am not; I could not play this game without your mod. I know it because I've tried. I originally played it on PlayStation and I couldn't play at all for several months because console versions don't have mod support and console players are entirely at EA's mercy, which there is none. I still don't like playing on PC, but at least I can tolerate it. It still beats the heck out of not being able to play at all.

I just installed your February 26, 2025 version. It seems to be working well. The first version got a little glitched from one of the recent game updates.

I had the old version of this. Suddenly, my build mode was a shopping cart. I despise EA for this! Remember when they inserted a huge, pulsating member in our game last year??? As if paying them between 800-1000€ (if not more) was not enough!!!! "Pay us more!!!" it screamed. Thank you!! This update fixed the issue, so that the "buy, buy, buy" being shoved in our faces is once again gone. I wish I could mod my PS5(PS4) game!

Hi! Thank you so much for removing this absolutely bonkers thing! I was wondering - if you take suggestions or have interest in it, could you please remove the event panel from the live mode? The one that's in the left corner, where challenges and ongoing holidays are? I apologize for my english :( This popup thing in the corner is even more distracting, honestly. I hate the events, and don't play them at all. EA don't seem to plan to make an option to toggle this tab off, unfortunately. It's just very, very distracting

Thankyou so much for removing this as someone who suffers from epilepsy and also motion sickness I have a feeling this would have triggered one or both of those things to happen either a seizure or just feeling sick, I don't know what EA were thinking adding something like this in. They should leave it upto the players if they want to purchase something not have it literally right up in your face. It's just crazy.
