Yeah, I have seen these "reorganizations", which usually protect big money stake holders. I mean in this case family takes no responsibility, because they don't care.
Aww man, I would’ve actually played the Sands of Time remake, the first Ubisoft game I’ve played in a decade (literally). Guess I’ll just emulate the OG for free, excellent business call there guys. As a quick explanatory point, “constructive dismissal” is a weird point of Employment Law. In the UK (England and Wales) at least, and I assume generally across the EU and other jurisdictions, it requires a voluntary decision to leave but it also requires some kind of action or inaction to basically “push out” the dismissed party, so that they feel that their only real option is to leave or stay in an unacceptable environment. From the tweet provided this seems to be the reasoning but in a technical sense, both parties are correct. Good job on the coverage, thought I’d just add a little legal context for the uninitiated.
Are all these leadership fails the reason behind all the indi success, as real talent leaves and strike out on their own?
While I regret losing the chance at playing the Sands of Time remake, I’m more sorry for the workers that are in uncertainty and have to go back into the office for the work week.
