We absolutely need to write suitable privacy laws to not only protect our personal privacy in real life and online, but also to protect us from the violation of privacy without consent. Yahtzee is right to be offended by the game not informing him he was entering a multiplayer space. That robs him of his privacy which is even worse than invading it. Both should be criminal.
