My gripes with Silent Hill f started with the bosses, which feels really spongy to me. And the pregnant enemy in particular sucks, that may as well be a boss. Yahtzee hit the nail on the head with the latter... pregnant enemy births other enemies, so it is more an exercise in patiently whacking everything rather than being interesting to play or fight.
