Just A Quick Thank You!
Hey folks,
We just had our best week of Patreon sign-ups in over a year.
The number may not reflect it publicly as a lot of you signed up for annual subscriptions, but this week definitely made a difference for us and got our Patreon going back up in the right direction again.
Our goal is still to hit $45K / month again, but we've made a really good dent in that this past week.
Wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all of you that signed up, upgraded your memberships and of course to everyone else that has continued to support.
Lots of new people have also joined the community over the last couple weeks as more gaming outlets have succumbed to corporate shenanigans, so welcome to you and we hope you find a lot to enjoy here!
Make sure to join the Discord and give yourselves an introduction as there's tons of friendly people in our community!
A lot of you left really nice and supportive messages in our surveys as well that I'll make sure to share with the team at our Monday meeting.
Thanks again and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Always, you goofballs are entertaining and informative in a way that feels special and sui generis in games media and discussion. I'm glad you're doing good for now and here's to you all doing great in the following months.
Wait, how... I'm seeing posts from 4 weeks ago and I was very confused as I just got an email with this message today and, indeed, it's from May 10th. What?
I'm a day 1 watcher, and after all the great vids you guys have done, it's only right that i give something back. Can't wait to see what lies in store for SW!
Been following you guys from the beginning, and I fortunately am in a better position to upgrade my membership. That video about the state of games journalism was a nice little reminder of why I support you guys. Thanks for everything.

Hopped onto the patreon to support the team but also for the columns. They've been a godsend for long days at work. Stoked to see things trending in the right direction and can't wait for what's next!
