Your First Adult Game?
Hi Everyone! I am putting together a video list for beginners to adult gaming. What was your first game and what would you suggest people play if they are new.?
The first video I am making is going to be of some of the most obvious games on the list, but I wanted to put on there some lesser-known ones. So let me know down below. What was your first adult game and what would you suggest newbies play?

Dream of Desire, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the first time, but it’s definitely worth playing. You also need to make a part in the video about games that are worth playing but not for those who play for the first time
I agree. That is a good one, but probably not if you are completely new.
Funny enough my first Adult Game was Academy 34, a parody of Overwatch. I had never played Overwatch but I liked the look of the game. It was recommended on TikTok by a TikToker I knew nothing about, but after playing Academy 34 I realized Adult Games could have stories and depth to them and not just erotic or lewd scenes.
For this great idea let me suggest two classics from the genre authorities, namely Acting Lessons, as well as College Bound Arctic Adventure. Those were among my first, and they were gentle, when I had started my Steam collection alphabetically:) Less obvious, but next runner-up is Bad Memories. Dozens of games are great, but they are a little bit less comfortable, I guess. All the best!

Discounting the bazillion cheaply-made, poorly-translated hentai games on Newgrounds at the time (hey, I was a broke college student 😅), my first short-form game was the classic Date Ariane, which the creator has since remastered and is now for sale online through multiple platforms. It’s a great gateway game since play-throughs are short (maybe 20 minutes tops), but there are tons of options and paths to explore. Plus, in the remake you can play as a male or female PC. (Annie at SPG made a great mini-review on YouTube highlighting some other aspects that are worth mentioning.) Going longer-form, I started with Tlaero’s early VNs, including Meeting Keeley and Getting to Know Christine, but while I still enjoy those games, I’d recommend her more recent output that she’s making with Tora Productions, like the Elsaverse. Did I mention all her/their games are free? 😁 (I promise I’m being genuine here and not just trying to reinforce the plug I made before! 😄)

i didn't start getting into adult gaming until i got into PC gaming, since adult games obviously can't be played on console. what i first started doing was installing mods in mainstream games that gave the characters huge tits. i know that's technically not "adult" gaming but it showed me that adult content can be enjoyed through video games. the first game that really got me into "true" adult gaming was probably Fallen ~Makina and the City of Ruins~. such a good game.
Not exactly an adult game but Doki Doki Literature Club started me down the VN rabbit hole. I think Leap of Faith was the first adult one I played though

My first eroge was The Sagara Family and my first Western AVN was College kings. For people coming into the AVN market I would recommend College kings as it's entire first season is free to play on steam and that is the only reason I tried it to begin with myself
College Kings 1 is a good add. College Kings 2 not so much IMO.
Leap of Faith was my first AVN. Really great story and has a 'walkthrough' mode for subsequent playthroughs that explains to the player how their choices affect later story thread options. This one is probably an obvious choice but had to mention it. :)

Acting Lessons or Allison fall of the Apple are OG titles. Even can put DFD love joint in there but the layout of the files suck.
