Channel Update - Big Changes (Mostly Good)

Hi Everyone!

This update will be a bit longer than usual. I also don't like to bombard you all with posts, but sometimes I can't help it. With all the changes to YouTube I can actually make some changes that I have wanted to for a long time to Patreon and SS. I wanted to focus more time on all of you who support the channel.

First - The Stream this week will be Saturday. Friday just because very busy. I will post that tomorrow.

Steam release list - Nothing will change right now.

Moving forward - Effective Immediately: These are all the changes that I am implementing right now.

1. Patreon/SS exclusive videos - 3 or 4 videos per month with 1 or 2 being exclusive.

This week's review - U4ia by Drifty - will be the first backer-exclusive video. Right now everyone at the $5 and up range will have access to 1 or 2 exclusive videos each month. The remaining 2 monthly videos will also be posted to YouTube and will be 1 theme/compilation video per month and one miscellaneous video depending. As backers, you will still have early access to any videos posted to YouTube.

1. Voting rights for future videos

We will have voting rights for everyone at the $5 and up range with each tier having a little extra voting power. We will be voting on 1 review video each month. If a longer game is selected by backers, I would only be able to put out 1 exclusive video instead of 2. But, this would allow me to review games that I haven't been able to review in the past.

1. Theme videos/ compilations - I want to try and do 1 video per month on the most recent updates or releases that I can find. I am still trying to find a good way of doing this, but sometimes it's better to just do.

Moving Foward - In Progress

1. Podcast - Emily has officially been put in charge of the podcast. So hopefully this means we will start putting that out more to everyone. I have a couple of episodes backlogged, but I have been held back by technical issues. This way I don't have to do everything.

2. Merchandise - I am now going to focus on finding artists to help make merchandise as rewards for some of the higher tiers. The goal is to have some working templates by November. That way I can check out the Patreon merchandise section and see how all of that works.

Moving Foward: Near Future

1. Website - I am looking for a web designer to start creating an AGR website. I would like to make something similar to F95 except without the piracy. I want people to be able to see updates and developers post their games without the toxicity of F95. (maybe unrealistic, but no harm looking into it). I will update everyone as this gets further along.

2. More formal Discord discussions, hang out sessions, etc.

Moving Forward: TBD

Ideally, I want to do more lists from GoG and sources other than Steam, but I have no real way of doing this yet. So, I am still trying to figure that out.

YouTube Changes

1. I am reducing the amount of posts to YouTube from 4 per month to 2. I will be doing 1 review and 1 compilation to YouTube each month. Some exclusive videos will get posted to YouTube eventually whereas others will never get posted. The only reason I will post exclusive videos is if I need to try to bring more people into the Patreon/SS.
