I’m from your Thai gl reaction world lol but I moved over here bc of how much I’m enjoying this series so far. The actors I love, and it’s just so freaking cool. I’m like you Dee, I haven’t seen Any of the previous marvel/green lantern/dc/scifi films tbh bc I have a hard time following and it’s just normally my main focus and attraction however I’m open to anything and appreciate something good and this has been really cool!! Im excited to watch with yall. It’s so weird seeing yall react to something not involving a bunch of Thai lesbians lmao 😅
I was debating on whether to watch this series or not. I'm not always a DCU fan, their shows and movies have been very hit and miss for me though the years. But I do trust in HBO, that whether it up my ally or not, that it will have a good production quality. I figured it would be a series I would catch up with and binge when its finished. But since you picked it for a reaction I'll be glad to watch along and hear your thoughts. My thoughts so far is that it was a good first episode. It didn't knock my socks off that I'm counting down to the next episode. But Kyle Chandler is a great actor and I was pleasantly surprised to see Jason Ritter pop up on my screen as the lawyer/husband, I think he's great and really under rated. (Plus he's married to Melanie Lynskey who I absolutely adore so it admittedly gives me a positive bias for him.) I'm intrigued enough to keep watching, so see you at episode 2.
Kyle Chandler is such an amazing actor I literally love him in everything he does!

As someone who gets more and more bored by movies only being fueled by CGI orgies and how many super heroes you can squeeze into one film I really like this approach on focussing on stories and characters. Now this was only one episode ofc, but I like the way where this is heading. 👍 Thunderbolts already was a big positive surprise for me with it's focus on characters and their problems (despite or because being a superhero). I like to hope that there is a place for these less "loud and bombastic" ways of telling superhero stories too. Let's see where this will go😃👍
