Sync Guidelines
Our videos are edited in a watch-along format, which means you’ll need your own copy of the film or show to sync with us.
We will always count down 3… 2… 1… START — press play exactly when we say “Start” to stay in sync.
To follow copyright laws and give you the best viewing experience, our reactions must be paired with your own copy of the content. We take copyright very seriously, which is why we do not provide full uncut episodes or movies. Even if you see other creators doing it, that doesn’t make it legal — sharing full studio content crosses into a copyright gray area that we’re not willing to risk for our channel.
Here are some recommended ways to watch along with ease:
• Dual Monitor Setup:
If you’re on a PC, using two monitors allows you to keep the reaction and your show/movie visible side by side.
• Split-Screen Viewing:
Most devices — laptops, tablets, and even some phones — allow split-screen mode so you can watch both videos together.
Using these methods will help you stay perfectly in sync and get the smoothest, most immersive reaction experience. 😊

Truly a fantastic episode and reaction. Can't wait for the finale!
I really enjoyed your reaction to this episode! I'd watched your reactions to the first 4 episodes on YouTube and, to be honest, I was really frustrated that you both missed so many of the signs that Ilya has loved Shane for a long time, and that you were really misunderstanding Ilya so much. But I saw you had this episode posted on your Patreon and decided to join in hopes that you would finally really understand him, and that you would finally fall in love with Shane & Ilya together. I'm so glad you did! I know that you will love the finale as well.
Saaaaaammme
You saying to Rose "have you tried girls?" and then quickly and quietly adding "respectfully" haha. I don't know why but that's so funny, and yes Rose/Svetlana are icons
I’m glad you guys are reacting to it, I would never watch it on my own and I’m glad I’m watching with you guys lol , I’m liking this show so much 🤗
Best episode so far
While it's true that episode 5 focused less on sex, I don't think that it necessarily was more focused on emotion than the first 2 episodes. The first 2 episodes weren't just about sex, the sex itself was the vehicle for showing their relationship and emotions. I just worry that people brush off the sex for being explicit, when the show would lose so much meaning without it.
Agreed
The actress who plays Svetlana actually speaks Russian fluently. She’s Russian and Caribbean.
I can't wait to see your reaction to the cottage! I can't believe we have to wait until next week.
We’re going to the cottage!!!
Fun little Easter egg. In the hospital scene, right as Ilya is about to leave, the camera pans away from him and back to Shane. In that moment, the heart monitor shifts and lands on 81, Ilya’s jersey number.
😮
FANTASTIC discussion after the episode! Loved the whole reaction actually..... so glad y'all enjoyed the episode, and the story so far. Can't wait to see you react to the finale, see ya at the cottage!
Aww thank you so much!!! I'm glad you loved the whole reaction it means so much to us! 🏡 💜 ✨
I love all the episodes but these last two are definitely my favorite. I'm so glad you caught the transition that's happening through out the show. You have the first 2 episodes, where they ara just hooking up because they are young and want to have fun. Episode 4, where Ilya finally opens up a little bit and it gets things moving. And then episode 5. They are getting more brave to be vulnarable, opening up to each other, admitting what they've been running from... I love the change in Shane after his talk with our queen Rose. Right after the conversation, camera cuts to the all-star game, Shane walks in and the whole time he is there with Ilya, he seems so much lighter and relaxed. I love that for him! Ilya's scenes in Russia broke my heart. Imagine having to say goodbye to your father and losing your brother at the same day. I'm so proud of him for cutting him off tho. After years of being abused and used for money... It really feels like now that his father died, as much as it is sad, a big burden got lift off of his shoulders and nothing really holds him in that country anymore. The monologue in Russian is one of my favorite scenes ever. Not just his speech but also his facial expressions and emotions that he was showing through the screen. I see a lot of people and reactors say that they wish Shane understood what Ilya was saying in that moment. I don't agree at all. I think there is a beauty in the fact that he was able to be heard without the fear of Shane actually understanding. Shane gave him the space to open up truly and fully and that right there gave Ilya the courage to confess his feelings. Not only to Shane but mainly to himself. He came such a long fucking way from episode one! Connor Storrie is one of the best actors I have ever seen on a tv and I'm not just saying that because I love the character he plays or him as a actor, a person (he needs to be protected, he is literally the purest soul in this universe). The story he is able to tell only through his eyes and facial expressions? Outstanding since episode one. And don't get me started on the fact that this man started learning Russian 2 if not one week before shooting. What a fucking legend. Anyway girls, can't wait to see you at the cottage! Do I really have to wait that long? (crying)
Ahhh, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on these episodes 🙏🫶🏻 I'm with you, the transition in the show is so beautifully done and I love how each character is growing and evolving. Also completely agree with you on the Shane not understanding sentiment! There's something special about Shane not understanding but being able to empathize and feeel Illya's raw emotions.
What a beautiful episode! I've been watching each episode along with you as you've been putting out videos. But I don't know, I may not be able to wait for your next drop. I really want to see how this all ends!
Aww, thank you so much for watching and sticking with us through each episode and of course our GL too! 🙏
I usually hate sexually explicit shows, but here I get it. They develop their relationship by having sex because they do NOT know how to communicate with each other, and they also have a lot of internalized homophobia (especially Shane). But fr I cried watching you cry :)
I’m so glad you guys finally got to this one! This is definitely my favorite episode but the last one is amazing too. I work as a caregiver so I connected particularly with Ilyas storyline in this episode. I’ve worked with a lot of families like his and how there is a lot of guilt associated with being there or not being there. You have to balance all the responsibility you feel for this person with being able to live a life of your own.
Appreciate you so much for sharing your personal connection to Ilyas' storyline 🙏
So glad you stuck it out watching this series. I know many people felt like Dee and had a tough time with the sex scenes in ep1 & 2. But it really was integral to the story. Hudson Williams said it best. About 29% of the first and second episodes are sex scenes... but over 80% of their story arc in those episodes is featured in those scenes. So sadly, the people who skipped those scenes missed some really key moments of them learning about each other through the only way they knew how.
🤝 we love you guys for understanding our perspective! 💕
I was Dee crying over two gay men kissing on the ice. 😭 Definitely my favorite episode. I remember it was 1 a.m. and I had to stifle my screams of excitement. For someone who doesn't consume much BL, it was beautiful. Incredible reaction as always. ❤️
that scene was EVERYTHING 🥺
