This episode again reminded me why I love reaction videos - I laughed in cheer when Meesh and Dee both were clueless about Anin's arrival in the end - I thought you would at least hoped or suspected but no... Total shock 😂 May I also kindly ask #NoSpoilers again from other members? I love it when Meesh and Dee dive into math problems to assess characters' ages and time jump intervals - it's so fun to watch (whether they get it right or not... Or even when they make several mathematician wizards turn in their grave) @MEESH_AND_DEE - You listen to me... Chill... Time is an illusion, never mind the time jump years... And there won't be any drama... It'll only continue like this 'wholesome' for 16 episodes... Anil and Pin as best friends 😂😂😂 What I would have given to see this show for the first time again...

Also, the palace is actually not really surrounded by that forest in real life 5555 that is actually CGI. Some of the sceneries you will see will have a bit of CGI in it just to make it feel more 1950s. I went to the actual location of the palace and it's a beautiful place. You can't really go inside the big palace but someone will let you in the Pine Palace and even take a photo for you. There's also a restaurant that serves authentic Thai cuisines and i have to say it was the tastiest Thai food I ever ate and i've been to Thailand multiple times now bec. of FreenBecky. Just make sure to have a car when going there bec. it's literally in the middle of nowhere 55555 Hard to get a taxi to go back to the city.

TLP really describes how amazing FB is as actresses because of how different their roles are as compared to GAP. But it's amusing because their characters are really similar to them irl. Freen is the calm one like Pin and Becky is the mischievous and adventurous one like Anin. They even spoke about how similar they are to their characters. Also, in case you didn't recognise but khun khuea is the guy from MSZ Kate cheated with.

yayy loved the reaction. Its been 5 years since they seen each other. Anin came back because of her brothers engagment . so she basically still has 2 years left. Anin is 20 years rn i think since she left when she was 15 and its been 5 years. also pin is actually a year older then anin so she would be 21.

Glad your enjoy it so far, the first 2 episodes are considered more as getting to get to know their characters separately before any romance is introduced it's let you get to know them at their core while also building a beautiful world. It sure is a slow burn but it pays off. So happy for the early drop, can't wait for the next reaction.

i'm glad you noticed the subtle hint of time passing during their letter exchange bec. other reactors sometimes missed that. the series is closely tied with its original novel and based on that, 5 years has already passed during the time of Prince Anan's wedding. so Pin is now 21 and Anin 20. I think bec. almost all of GLs have this time skip that we kinda expect it now. But i love the gradual change in TLP, like i said before it is gonna be a slow burn so it'll be different than the usual GLs. it is a breath of fresh air for sure.

It's the 50s but Pin have a 4k photo of Anin in full color. xD

Not sure who owns the palaces in the show. But the main palace in this show is the same one from Gap, Blank and some other shows. They also show the same stairs in the palace in Gap for the Grandma vs Sam scene. The other palaces in the show are smaller one’s in the same palace compound I think. We may need to find a Thai friend to help out with more details about it.

Prik is hilarious and her loyalty to both Anin and Pin is really amazing, she is keeping her word, girly is out here cockblocking anyone who dares to approach Pin while sending daily updates to Anin. xD As for their relationship, in those first 2 episodes, we see how they developed a true and pure friendship as kids and teenagers, but we get a little hint at the end of episode 2 that Anin may view Pin in a different way now... Hm, can't wait for episode 3 !!! FYI, their ship name is AnilPin.

Imagine not only having to only write letters but also if this was set in the 50s mail would probably take at least a month each time lol I love Freen's little micro-expressions in this series, she absolutely nails them This series definitely made me appreciate Looknam (Prik) more but the series where she absolutely pulled me in was Somewhere Somehow 😩 she for sure deserves to be a lead in her own show

The house in TLP is the same house from GAP and Blank. Some fans like to think that Anin and Pin are the ancestors of Sam and Nueng because they are all royalty, even though GAP and Blank are written by a different author than TLP.

Yayyy i love early drops!! 🎉🎉 If you like the dreamy, fairytale quality to this show then you will definitely like Us the Series as well. Might be a good follow-up to this show 😉 That subtitle they didn't translate for the time jump says "Many months later". Also, time-jump wise, you have to think about the fact that Anin and Pin were 15/16 when she left, and now they're both in university and getting close to graduation. So, it's been somewhere between 3 years (start of university at 18 ish) and 7 years (graduation at 22-ish). The palace they filmed in (or the company that owns it) is called Than Heritage. It's a colonial house that's purely for rent on the outskirts of Bangkok. They do mostly weddings as far as I can tell. It's hard to find any history of the house though. Also, the opening song is called Yard Petch (pronounced yaad petch), which means "Drops of Diamond', and it's fricking beautiful, you should look up the translation, it's so romantic 😭 I believe it's a cover of an old Thai song. There are also two original songs for the show, Until That Day, which is the end credits track, and Cheevee ("Life"). They're written by Pinpin, who wrote the OSTs for a bunch of other GLs too. They're probably the best OST tracks in GL 😊 I think Cheevee is my favourite; they use a Thai instrument similar to a xylophone called a ranat ek, and it sounds so gorgeous 🥰 you'll hear it later in the series.

I have seen the entire series a couple of times and watched Freen and Becky's reactions to each episode. Second to that I am very excited to see your reactions because you seem to connect to the characters so genuinely. LOVE your analysis and emotion. #no spoilers
