To clarify the confusion the curse USER (not curse spirit, there's a difference) in Getos body is the same one that took over Naritoshi Kamo body (150 years ago) to make Choso and all the other death womb paints 1-9 (we saw them in s2 e13 in Choso's memories on the table in glass jars and they mentioned it in s1 e24) Based off of what Choso was saying him and Yuji are related through BLOOD not through the clan, so the curse user in Getos body that knocked up Choso's mom must've did the same thing to Yuji's mom for them to be related through blood.
