I feel like Yuki more so understood that in the end only Geto could decide what path he chose. No amount of her words would steer him in a direction other than what he would ultimately choose so she was just being real with him in that moment. That it doesn't matter if she tells him not to try to kill everyone bc he is going to have to face those feelings eventually and it will be him that decides in the end. She did give him an idea to another path though which was teaching non-sorcerers to control their cursed energy. I think for what she could do as someone that didn't know him but could maybe slightly understand him since she just met him she did what she could and had a real convo with him

If you think about it Gojo waking up at the end implies he was dreaming about Geto. Their's also the realization that being strong is not enough and him teaching is the direct result of this trauma. "...Strong enough to keep up..."
