To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:
Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.
These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. 😊

quick note: the brother (uri) just ate their father, not THE founding father. You probably misread the subtitles, so i'm assuming that you'll catch that in the english dub rewatch. Again, this ritual has been happening for 100 years from generation to generation. The implication is that rod reiss's father ate someone from his previous generation and and so on and so forth. But 5 years ago, around the time the wall maria broke for the first time, eren's dad (grisha) ate frieda and stole the power from the reiss family, interrupting that generational cycle. one thing of note: while ymir did snap historia out of it, historia started QUESTIONING that 100 years when eren said "i should not have been born in this world", and the show flashed back in historia's memory to her MOM that kept saying that historia shouldn't have been born in this world, and she wishes she had the courage to kill her. Historia saw in Eren that defeatist "you shouldn't have been born" mindset that SHE has always had, and THEN ymir's flashback snapped her out because she told her that no matter where you came from, you ARE born in this world, and should live your life for yourself, not to please others.

Hopefully you ladies are keeping track of all this info. You've just scratched the surface of this story. Anyways when you say "brainwashed" it also is them being memory wiped. Everyone within the walls had their memories wiped and so that makes controlling them people easier. The royal government can simply manufacture their history and most will never question it because they have no historical point of reference to question the official narrative. P.S. I'm a proud and open Sub snob but there are a legit a few instances in AoT where the dub does as good as the Sub voice acting wise. In fact, the quality of VA in AoT is what put me on to being a total and complete Sub snob. The only animes I'd ever watch in dub would be Patlabor 2: The Movie, it's a political thriller, and it has to be the original 1993 release dub along with the original 1989 dub release of Akira.
