Sync Guidelines
Videos are edited in watch-along style format, so you will need your own copy of the film/show to sync with us.
*We will count down 3...2...1... START. Press play right when we say "Start" for accurate syncing. We are still in the process of figuring out time codes*
To ensure compliance with copyright laws and to enhance your viewing experience, our reaction videos require synchronization with your own copy of the content. Here's a detailed guide to seamlessly sync your viewing:
Pausing and Playing: Due to the length of the movie, we may have taken a couple of pauses/breaks. This means you may need to sync up your copy of the movie/show again. We will give a verbal countdown such as "3, 2, 1... Start." You should click "start" on your copy of the show to sync again. We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.
These methods facilitate a connected and immersive reaction viewing experience, ensuring you're perfectly in sync with our content. π

3 years ago "man, what is that futuristic lingo they use in cyberpunk edgerunners, you can't tell me that's normal slang conversation in 2070s." Current gen in 2025: "hold my skippidy toilet". Yeah... i very much respect the cyberpunk lingo to at least be comprehensible via implication at this point.

Here to the rescue with the slang: Eddies β Street slang for Eurodollars, the currency of this universe. Gonk β An insult that varies in intensity depending on tone. Itβs similar to calling someone a dumbass or idiot, but between friends, it can be more lighthearted, like calling someone a dummy. Nova β Means "cool" or "fire," used to describe something impressive. Chrome β Street slang for cyberware. The term originated from the first Cyberpunk tabletop RPG set in 2023, when cyberware was closer to metallic prosthetics. Even though modern cyberware (50+ years later) is more sophisticated and resembles human flesh, the slang stuck.
