(Potential) Season 2 Update!!
Hey everyone! So, after 9 months, we FINALLY have a glimmer of an update for you. As many of you already know, we've mentioned that we had a lot of hoops to jump through to make MSR Season 2 possible. Well, we're coming up on the biggest one! Alan and I have been working on a huge project for the last year, and if it does well, then that clears the way for us to fund Murder She Rolled Season 2!
The project is called The Vessel, and it's the biggest thing either of us have ever worked on. It's a feature-length horror-comedy about a group of post-college friends who are trapped in a house with an Entity that knows their worst fears! And the best part? Stacey and Shona both have starring roles!
This thing is pretty grassroots, and we are putting ALL of our resources into it because we believe in it that much. The catch is that we're putting it all on the line for this film to succeed. All our future projects sort of depend on it 😅.
So why am I telling you this? Because we're slimy and want your money! (But we have GREAT perks to go with it, I swear). The Vessel is running a crowdfunding campaign on BackerKit in just a few weeks, and we would love to have you there to support the film. And even if you couldn't care less about the film itself, we've managed to get you some more DnD content in the process!
One of the reward tiers for this crowdfund includes a full DnD Campaign Book based on the movie's meta-story, written by yours truly. It's a Haunted House Horror called The Mad Butler Murders! (If any of you checked out The Final Seance, it's sort of like a bigger, better version of that!) We really miss making MSR and creating TTRPG content for you guys. This is our way of getting you more DnD goodness at the SAME TIME as supporting our current projects!
And, fingers crossed that all goes well, it's also a way to help make MSR Season 2 possible. It's not a guarantee, we know, but we really believe in this concept.
If you're interested in supporting The Vessel and The Mad Butler Murders, here's a link to the pre-launch page! And always, thank you for your support, guys. You're the best thing about what we do.

OMG THIS IS SO EXCITING!
Ok, now that I've actually read it: I'm excited that Stacey and Shona are a part of the movie!!!!!! I'm a Studio Exec on the CT Patreon and was able to catch a live table read. Shona's character was so well developed, I could see the fake cigarette in her hand as she was reading lines 😙👌🏽 I was already excited for The Vessel and this adds an extra layer of excitement 😍
The gasp I gusped when I saw a MSR post!
Collecting my Christmas money now to support
Say less and take my money. Lol always happy to support teams and projects
