Selene de Velaris

Here’s the Archmage of the Wizard Tower in Arvendal. She’s an absolute master of ice magic, and her personality is just as chilly. With her noble upbringing, she’s got a knack for looking down on people — but honestly, it’s hard to argue with her when she’s this good at what she does.

Her design reflects her icy nature, from the cool color palette to her sharp, elegant style. She’s the kind of person who commands respect (whether you like it or not), but don’t expect her to give it back unless you’ve earned it.
