Update for next pick carefully what you want to have been added:
1. Blackthorns Estate content a few quest inside(size) of the mansion.
2. World Content like extra quest and Somnus events.
3. Combat + recruits.
4. Next location with content in their.
5. Whatever

Estate for me, need bigger home and I like the demon trying to get Mystra to let go, to her dark nature,
I trust you pal. If everything gets BIGGER and have some story on it. I'll be on
I'm gonna say Estate because getting it fleshed out now seems ideal. Especially since we can add even more later on for various reasons.
I personally would love to see different interactions/dialogs with NPC depending on the players height <3
This will be feature in the mansion as it will be set location where players often come back to.
