Kominka - Conversion :)
Hello Everyone:)
On the weekend I had a bit of a building frenzy and finished another building I started ages ago, yes I am the slowest builder :D.
This is my Kominka - Conversion, it has an openplan layout the bedroom is divided off by the 'Livin' Rum' bookshelfs and the bathroom by a modernized fusuma. I was inspired by a Japanese architect that I got to know in Berlin and thats the house I would imagine for him if he was still living in Japan:).
You can find the little Design home on the Gallery
ID: felixandresims, dont forget to tick the modified box !!!
CC needed:
Orj谩nic, Livin Rum, Bafroom, Kichen, Jardane, Brutalist Bathroom( by Harrie), Kyoto, Florence, Colonial Part 2 ( only for Orchids), London ( only for Barstools), Paris ( only for Tokyo Chair)
I hope you enjoy it !
Best Wishes,
Felixxxx

It's very nice, but i'm trying to find out where you get the "wood" from? Especially the foundation (i have mostly all of the sets installed) Thank you :)
the foundation is from Snowy Escape :)
I'm thiiiiis close to getting snowy escape to have this at it;s fullest potential, but I'm still rococo crazy....I have a problem!
beautiful
Your builds is very impressive and I love to have them in my game, have you think about releasing more builds?
Oh yes, but I hardly get to build, its taking me a lot of time. I enjoy building little scenes and studies trying how to use my content, but full buildings are difficult to squeeze in :), I have two more started that need to get finished :)
I'm not very familiar with Japanese building style, but the design is definitely impressive. These bookshelves blend in very harmoniously with the interior
Beautiful home! I am wondering, however, what the kitchen set is since I have all the packs you listed but when I place the home I don't seem to have that kitchen? I also don't recognize it...
I think that it's his Florence set.
