ESTATE Part 20 :)

I just wanted to thank you for all of your beautiful work over the years. Your sets are the basis for nearly every custom sims lot builder and for my own builds. You bring a level of beauty and elegance to the sims world that the game does not provide. You're so very talented. Every piece in the estate set is wonderful. Thank you so much.

This is beautiful Felix! Thank you so much for sharing! As a booklover I can't have too many designs for libraries, and this will fit splendidly in many of my mansions :D Just wondering if you'd consider doing a height addons for these? So that we can have floor-to-ceiling bookshelves for tall height as well! They don't need to be fully functional shelves, just a more architectural - perferebly ornated - piece to fill up the gap would be perfect! Maybe with slots for artworks?

Your custom content is truly in a league of its own, which is why I simply have to request you find the time to create a full build catalogue for a victorian home, much like the iconic Practical Magic house.

Love this collection especially detail on the collectables You are an amazing creator

hello felixandre! you and harrie are the best sims 4 build and buy content creators ever, and I want to let you know that I really love your work. Do you ever plan on making some of older wallpapers compatible with dx11?

Love those fossils and sea life 🤌🏻 hopefully next parts would be about doors haha, I'd love smaller interior doors and arches

Hi Felixandre, First of all, thank you so much for your incredible work. The level of detail and historic elegance you bring to The Sims 4 is unmatched, and your sets are always an essential part of my game. I was wondering if you have ever considered creating a set inspired by Byzantine palace architecture (such as intricate marble mosaics, grand arches, and ornate capitals) or classic Spanish palace style (like Spanish Renaissance or Baroque architectural elements and stonework). I know you must have a long roadmap of ideas, but as a big fan of historical builds, I wanted to share this suggestion. Either way, I’m always looking forward to seeing what you create next!

Hi, this entire collection is my absolute favorite cc ever! Would you ever consider making a infant/toddler set in the Estate style?

i'm sure you didn't mean to do this, but i actually love that the collectables feel relevant to the sims 4, with the butterflies from Adventure Awaits, beetles and crawlies from Granite Falls or other parts of the sims world, the shells from Sulani and Ondarian..so it really just settles perfectly into the game world..which is great, to me as a player, the worst thing people can do with CC, is make it too Alpha looking or use English rather than Simlish, or just do other things that force me the player, out of the game, breaking the illusion or immersion. I know that's just my opinion, a lot of people like words, brands, and alpha textures in their games. I know this post got kind of intellectual there for a minute, but i just really wanted to let you know, that i appreciate your maxis match styles, when it comes to words or lettering, even on the boxes from part 16 or 17, you put some Louis into the game, but it's tastefully done and seamlessly maxis matched. ANYWAY, rant aside, whether it was subconscious or not, I love the items you chose for this part, I certainly feel like it's a tiny little way to keep players immersed in their game, it's "believable" that some UBER rich bitch went to Sulani or Tartosa or Ondarian, found shells, and displays them on their collection shelves in their study

This looks amazing, and also reminds me of Animal Crossing.

Wow! Can't wait! I'm also wondering where I can find Caryatid (or Garyatid) sculpture? It seems like it's from the Berlin part but I really can't find it anywhere....

The paper notes between the pages of the books!

wow you never disappoint this is wonderful such great detail

I LOVE the corner piece! It gives this just the right finishing touch!

I absolutely love the entire “Estate” collection. I would really love to see you create a desk and a walk-in closet in the style of this collection.

Woohoo!!! This is awesome

Ah, geez! I'm a sucker for a proper library set!! And Felix always makes the best stuff! 🖤🖤🖤
