ESTATE Part 17 WIP :)
Hello everyone :),
I can’t believe this will already be my last update of the year — 2025 has flown by faster than any year before for me. But let’s start with what I’ve been working on first.
I initially planned to focus this month on stable interior items — clutter, functional pieces, and storytelling objects. While researching that, I came across some incredibly beautiful Regency manor boot room inspiration, and it completely pulled me in.
Because of that, I’m slightly shifting direction. Instead of a pure stable interior set, this month is evolving into a mud room / boot room set, inspired once again by 19th-century manor houses. Think practical service space meeting refined estate design. I’ll still be incorporating equestrian elements, especially in the clutter, but the overall feel will be closer to a lived-in manor boot room rather than a working stable.
I’m starting with the cabinet system you see here. The pieces are modular, continue seamlessly across walls, and include a dedicated slot for optional railings and ladders. This will allow you to build anything from a compact mud room to a full estate-scale storage wall.
The original boot room inspiration has some particularly beautiful elements that I can’t wait to recreate.
I’d also like to use this post to say thank you — thank you for a wonderful 2025, for all the support, comments, messages, and engagement. It truly means a lot, and it’s incredibly motivating to have such a wonderful community :).
For everyone who celebrates, I wish you a wonderful Christmas filled with joy, and I wish you all a very happy 2026!
Lots of luv,
Felix xx

I love that seating, looks so unique!
Thank you once again for giving us such elegance and imagination to integrate into our game. Your creations are so full of imagination and practicality. So beautifully executed as well. Now I need to be worthy of the ingredients for the most beautiful buildings.
Hi, I love your set, and I was wondering how many parts are left for the estate set.
Hey :), thank you so much, I haven't made my mind up quite yet, but there will be a part 18 :)

Thank you Felix,
Dear Felixandre, I wanted to take a moment to tell you how deeply I admire your work and how much I appreciate the artistry you bring to The Sims. Your talent has genuinely changed the way I play the game. Because of you, building isn’t just a step in gameplay for me anymore it’s an experience. Your attention to detail, sense of proportion, and love for architecture shine through in everything you create. What I especially adore is how clearly your passion for architecture and home design comes through. I also wanted to gently share an idea that I and I suspect many others would absolutely love. If you ever felt inspired to do so, I would be incredibly grateful if you would consider creating an American pre–Civil War–era inspired pack. Styles such as Federal-era homes or Greek Revival architecture would be breathtaking in your hands. Grand historic homes like Nottoway Plantation, Oak Alley Plantation, or Rosswood Planation, celebrated for their architecture, symmetry, and craftsmanship. I feel like they would translate beautifully into your design language. Alongside the architecture, antique furnishings that would naturally fill these homes would be incredible as well. Elegant sofas, richly patterned rugs, heavy drapes, classic tables, and formal dining tables with matching chairs that reflect the craftsmanship of the period. Thoughtful interior pieces like these would truly bring such homes to life in-game. I deeply respect the care and research you put into your projects, and I appreciate that any such work would be approached with sensitivity and historical awareness. Whether or not this is something you ever pursue, I wanted you to know how meaningful your work already is to me. Thank you for sharing your talent with the community and for continually inspiring how we imagine and create spaces in The Sims. With sincere appreciation, A grateful Simmer
Sliwaaa I am honestly speechless 🙃 Thank you so so much for such a thoughtful and beautifully written message 💌 Knowing that my work has changed the way you experience the game is really the greatest reward I could ask for. The eras you mentioned - Federal and Greek Revival - are architectural masterpieces, and recreating that level of craftsmanship and symmetry in The Sims would be an incredible challenge. But of course those grand symmetries and classical proportions are right up my alley 😉 Plus I love the idea of the matching antique furnishings❣️ I truly appreciate the inspiration and the trust you place in my research and design process. Thank you for being such an amazing part of this community ❤️🏛️✨

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, the Estate series is your best work to date. Seeing what’s coming next month, I wondered if you had plans for a walk-in closet, matching the estate style?
You are too kind, thank you so much 🥰 I’m so glad you’re enjoying the series. While a walk-in closet isn't on the roadmap right now, I can totally see how amazing it would look in this style. Never say never, but for now, I can't wait for you to see what else is coming 🏛️✨💼
