Estate Part 8 WIP :)

Is this one available for public download ? :D

I am absolutely addicted to your building sets! We NEED a Stockholm inspired building set (exterior) to go with Nordhaven. I want to be able to build classic Stockholm inspired buildings like this https://dynamic-media.tacdn.com/media/photo-o/2f/13/42/da/caption.jpg?w=1400&h=1000&s=1

I wish I could download this, but I'm from Russia and we can't pay you in $

Going to look good in my game.

Can't wait! Loving these already

Your work is nothing short of AMAZING and INSPIRING!! You make me want to learn how to do this. Keep doing it! 🥰 ❤️

C'est toujours un plaisir de retrouver votre travail ! Les idées, le design, les coloris, les détails ! Bravo et merci pour toutes vos créations !

Dear Felixandre, I look forward to every part of this set, and I also dream of a kitchen set, a dining area with a large table, a desk, and a fireplace like in Estelle Manor 😍

I'm so excited for this part! Btw, will there be a kitchen set for ESTATE?

Really amazing. You never stop working, do you ? You make me dream on this beautiful sunday morning... of a ping-pong game in a sunny garden, with your gorgeous ping-pong table. Thank you so much for showing us your WIP. 🌹🌹

Is it functional?

Perfection, it will perfectly fit into my builds, I can not wait :)

it’s as if you can see directly into my save file 🥹 just as i had started building a basement level for my mansion with a home gym/spa, theater, and game room, you hit us with a gym set and a game room set back to back!!

Please tell me you making a card and chess table too? I swear the sim team forgot chess table exist, meanwhile they keep making more kids activies table lol

YES! This looks amazing. :)

This is so great, it’s frustrating to decorate a high class classic game room when everything in game looks so modern. Need this style on Utopya_cc’s functional pool/billards table!! Then my life would be complete!

ESTATE IS THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN TO MY GAME. MY RICH, HANDSOME BACHELOR SIM THANKS YOU FOR THIS WONDERFUL AESTHETIC

so cool!!!!

A game room in an estate makes me think of Clue! Miss Scarlet in the billiard room with the revolver kind of thing. It's gonna fit in great with everything else!

How cool! Your work is always full of originality and ideas💕Love and thanks to you from Japan and Germany!
