Estate Part 6 WIP :)
Hello again! 😊
I hope you’re all doing well! Today, I have something new to share with you—another WIP from the Estate Set. I hope you’re not getting tired of these updates! 😄
This time, I’m working on a bathroom, and it’s turning out to be the most detailed one I’ve created so far. I’m focusing on the hero objects first: the bathtub, sinks, shower, and toilet. Once those are complete, I’ll see what additional pieces I can create to complement them.
I shall keep you updated 😊
Thank you for everything and lots of LUV,
Felix xxx

Hello! I am also trying to find both 5 and 7 of Estate. I checked Curseforge and am not locating them. What am I overlooking?

Obsessively checking here every day! What more there was a big advert in House and Home with a very similar shower this month. This is what I love about Felix CC is that its so relevant to interior design and helps me build homes I could only dream about. Thank you x

Hey 👋🏻, you need to make sure that you have both bed frames in your game, only one of them carries the textures to save file space
wow what an awesome modder you are wish I could do and help you I love detail
thank you K 😘
i am at a loss for words at this point. perfection as always. the estate sets are out of this world!! thank yooou for sharing your amazing work!
that's so sweet 🥰 I really enjoy working on it as well
Grazie. I want to tell you news from my city: this week the Royal Apartments of Palazzo Pitti in Florence are reopening to visits. There are 14 rooms on the first floor of the palace, they were inhabited by the lords of three different dynasties of rulers: Medici, Lorena and Savoy. Incredible tapestries and chandeliers but above all there are the travel furniture, very refined, for example there is a travel desk of the Grand Duchess that contained three sections, in one the "pianola" a travel piano keyboard, then the writing surface and finally the compartment for embroidery, all pretty and removable to be loaded into horse-drawn carriages. I think you will be pleased to know that.
I actually am really pleased to know 🥰 thank you so much for sharing & I'll definitely take a look at that. What I like most is the detail about the Grand Duchess – a compartment for embroidery whaaaat? I am so jealously. And I always have to travel with my small suitcase 😭😭😭
Would be great to add an old clock, with ebony wood frame and pendulum or an old wall clock and telephone.
Well, that doesn't really fit in the bathroom 😅 But I ll keep that in mind for future sets ...
Amazing!!!
🌷🌷🌷
looks good.
💚🦔
Love this!! I’d love to see someone make a vinyl bath/shower combo like you’d find in your average home or at Home Depot/Lowes. I haven’t been able to find one anywhere. If anyone knows of one lemme know 🫡😭
🌞
I hope you create a dining room, I would love a round table for 8. P.S. the Estate Collection is my favorite thus far, though I can't imagine playing without your gorgeous creations.
It would be great
The Estate set gives me 'life!'....seriously one of my favorite's, please keep going. I would love a bathroom like this in real life but now I can dream big in the Sims! <3
I'm so happy about that and no matter where - the main thing is that we dream big 😘💕
I don't mean to ask for things but I think a shower cage would work well with this set.
noted 🐬💙
j'attends avec impatience cette salle de bain merci pour la qualité de votre travail
c'est un plaisir 😊
Wow, this looks amazing. I love the marbled sink and that shower inspiration looks incredible. Your work, as always, is impeccable.

An elegant home needs an equally elegant bathroom. Can't wait to play with these objects :)
I couldn't agree more. 🍸🐩👑
Will the claw tub come with a separate curtain too? I think that would be amazing! With or without this is looking great!!!
Let yourself be surprised 💚 ...and thank you very much.
