ESTATE WIP :)
Dearest Gentle Reader,
I'm not quite a writer, I'll stick to making objects.
Let me introduce you to our next journey. Over the coming couple of months, I am going to create Items for my Estate Set. Of course, I was watching Bridgerton and another Series on Netflix called The Gentlemen. Both were set in England, and the Scenery and Grand Houses inspired me to make a Collection that would be helpful in creating British Estates.
I don't know how to divide the set into two months yet, but you can already see what Items I have made so far in the pictures above. I am experimenting with a lot of texture this time; I would like the items to have an aged feel. I loved how EA made the Castle Kit, so in terms of texturing, I am looking very closely at what they have done :D
Items so far: Vines, Windows in various shapes plus their stone frames, stone wall, garden and Front door, functional friezes and gable frieze pieces ( something I always wanted :).
I will continue sharing my stories so you can follow the process. I will also post more stories of the items I made but haven't shown yet.
I shall see you soon :),
Felix xxx

Hey, I'm just curious - I've just started downloading CC, and I was in on House of Harlix. it says there that this specific set, part 1, was supposed to be Early Access in September. Except it is still on Early Access? Also, are you not uploading on House of Harlix anymore, since I can't see the later Estate sets on House of Harlix? Love your stuff! :)
where is the link to this ?
Are you the GOD OF BEAUTY or something?
Not yet... hmmm.
when...when...when? I'm so in love with this set - I just can't wait! <3
Can't wait. <3
Felixandre, because of you I am watching The Gentlemen... what a wild story. The estates are enormous and classy.
I'M SO READY. My save file has used chateau and grove to death 😂
I’m loving this ! Those urns are gorgeous !
I love this 😇
I am looking forward to this!!
I don’t know if this possible, but a two story Georgian panel wallpaper would be perfect. So many beautiful wallpapers, but they always have bottom trim and hard to use in a two story room :)
Will you use the same colour palette as your other sets so they'll match nicely?
I'm crying!!!!
Omg I love you🥹
Love how this is looking so far!!
THIS LOOK INSANE!!!!!!!! 🏰🇬🇧 Felix, sweet wonderful amazing Felix, my one and only!! Would you like to share this shell on the gallery? 🙏😇
That is so awesome! ❤️
It looks incredible!! I've been seeing people recreate the Bridgerton house in Sims, and this would be the perfect pack to do that with!!
Can excellence get any better? This looks to be a must have for those who build and buy elegance. Just WOW!!!
I have been dreaming of a set like this for years! 😍😍😍 such incredible work!
Ooo this is gorgeous! 🥹😍😍
So excited! I always want more friezes and trims... And the lack of maxis match vines has me THIRSTY! ♥️♥️
wow this is awsome
Love it…!!!!
I'm building cause of this set and I really want it to be July like now. You are an absolute legend Felix.
It’s amazing but we need something new with different shape or more 17-18th century elements or barrocco .. it’s seem we seen this too often … or sophisticated Parisian building
Beautiful!!! This is why you’re my favorite 🥹💜
Gorgeous as always! Can I ask what reshade preset are you using?
This new set is what makes me happy. Really looking forward to using the ESTATE content. My favourite architecture is British Palladian through to Georgian and Regency. Can't wait.
I cannot find the download button can someone help? Do i need to upgrade membership
It's a work-in-progress. He's showing next month's sneak peek. He does make beautiful items.
the infamous felix! every streamer on TT uses you, i absolutely love your CC. Thank you for your service lol. Making the world prettier one build at a time.
It's appreciated to see some of the process in creation. Would you be open to adding the five vine pieces as sticks only, no leaves - to fit winter periods or dead periods? That's not the correct wording, but hopefully it's understandable. Thank you for sharing the wip.
I have been wanting Vines for so long!
So excited to see more old-style stuff from you! And these vines are stunning, exactly what I've been needing in my game for so long
omg i love this with my whole heart
Incredible work! The front door tho 😍😍
Beautiful Felixandre, I can not wait. I so enjoyed Bridgeton. These vines will be a wonderful addition to my builds.
Hi Felix, I just saw your latest creation for The Sims 4, and I had to reach out. The design is stunning - those windows, doors, and the beautiful ivy and vines really caught my eye! It's so inspiring to see your work. I'm curious about how this new pack integrates with previous ones like the Georgian and London packs. Are the color schemes designed to be compatible? I love the idea of mixing them in my game. Thanks for all the beauty you bring to the Sims community! <3 Best wishes, Agauos
This is awesome!! Finally a real-looking vines and ivy walls!😩🫶🫶 thank you for taking your time and effort to create this piece!! Can't wait !
Gorgeous! Felix, you are a genius, with always great ideas and wonderful creations, and an excellent teacher as well. Thank you so much for showing us your set in progress and for all the explanations. I can't wait to get my hands on your vines, they look so real.

OMG I've been planning to build the Bridgerton house since the 3rd season was released, so excited to get these!!
LOVE the idea of making individual leaves to make each vine original. Always thinking outside the box and I’m here for it!!!!
Cool concept.
