Dev Notes - 2026-07-26 - From Both Ends ;-)

I am calling this 'From Both Ends' because I am doing some work to clean some earlier content where the images/facial expressions were just awful, or some anatomical inconsitencies, etc. I don't want to spend a lot of time fixing the past, but the game has to look good from the start as well to keep people interested. Right now, it looks like a progression on my skills in rendering. So that is the front end.

From the tail end, the scenes starting in the lab are almost complete. The MC will, by the end of this section, develop the first product (with the help of an intern) and we will have a major event. The Chapter 2/Week 02, wresting with what I am going to call thigns now since we will not be going week by week anymore, has 120+ new renders. Also added like 50+ renders throughout the game to better fill in some gaps, and likely 50+ render edits.

Also have Claude doing code review and running test scripts, so hoping this will improve overall quality with very little effort on my part.

So, v0.1.4.5 will have look and feel improvements with new title, interface cleanup, etc (too much dark on dark). Lighting imrpvements in some key dark scenes. And 100+ of the new renders and render edits to clean things up before Chapter 2. This will be available to the public. To my subscribers, I will give them access to the same content, except a sneak peek at Chapter 2 so far. By then should be 200+ static renders and an animation or two.
