TDD 0.14.0 (fixes only)

Hi there and sorry for this version.

0.14.0 has only some small fixes and I've decided to waste this evening to harden the lock code some more.

The main reason for this version is that people work-arounded the lock code and I've also found the current code posted publicity.

Well, what should I say? I'm not an angel either, but in this case, I felt I had to do something.

Good news: I've got new stuff for a 0.15.0 ready and will hopefully upload it next week.
