Filter Update - (Tropical Storm)

I have decided to include our current tropical storm filter for current Tier 1 Patreon members but out of the 4 total will still be exclusive to our Tier 2's and 3's. 

Regardless the filter is ready to be released soon. I have an upcoming video for what the graphics look like inside while driving (Steering wheel perspective) and on the Nurburgring track.
