hiiii nae baesss!! ♡ we are back with another dropppp! today i bring to yall a furnished apartment! i hope yall enjoy!! ♡

♡ i made this apartment with two roommates in mind; one that's an aspiring author and the other is an artist. i envisioned they were besties that went to university together and decided to take on the san myshuno together while pursuing their dreams! ♡

⇨ warning: i do use merged files so that it likely why the file size is so big! (5.23gb)

⇨ fyi: i did use TOOL to remove the plaque that comes in this apartment. i'm pretty sure u can use MCC as well, just shift click and click "destroy object" and it should disappear! also when adding the walls back you might have to redo the wallpaper (ik ea sucks :/) so i suggest watching the video tour below to see how the rooms originally looked!

⇨ all of my cc is batch fixed to be compatible with dx11 ! so if your game is not on dx11 it will most likely cause an endless loading screen.

⇨ this lot has been play tested. everything works as intended. pls lmk if anything major is missing!
