hiiii nae baesss!! ♡ we are back with another dropppp! today i bring to yall an apartment that is fully created by me! from the floorplan, to the decor; its simmernaee babyy! i'm so happy with how it turned out!

♡ when i was decorating i envisioned a young bad sitch that's about her money!! she is an up and coming licensed hairstylist located in the fashion district of san myshuno. i envisioned she has a little dog and a boyfriend so you may see a few items of his since he stays over all the time. i really hope you guys enjoy this apartment! and if u guys use it tag me so i can see your sims in it! ♡

⇨ it was brought to my attention that some files were missing from the build such as the bed frame .. so i've included them here! sorry for the inconvenience!! ⇨ bed frame . if anything else is missing pls lmk! you may have to redownload the lot for the bed to appear if u downloaded this build before 7/29/26 ! for the ppl downloading after 7/29/26 the file is now included in the download so it should appear!

⇨ warning: i do use merged files so that it likely why the file size is so big! (4.95gb) you can delete them, its mostly clutter items i used!

⇨ all of my cc is batch fixed to be compatible with dx11 !

⇨ this lot has been play tested. everything works as intended. the only thing is they will not be able to use the trash can in the house, they'll use the one in the hallway.

make sure you put the cc in your mods folder, and the tray files in your tray folder !!!
