this has been play tested and the sims can get everywhere with no problems, except for the fireplaces. (they were too cute for me to delete them lol)
i didn't include most mods in the download folder, so little things may be missing ( cookbooks, kiko hair & phone mod, etc. ) i'll list the specific mods later but i wanted to get this apartment out before i had to go to work.
make sure you put the TRAY files in the TRAY folder & the CC in your MODS folder!

hii! I would love to put this on my game but I tried placing it but shows, (can't make changes outside owned area) even if I had the tray files. I even enabled bb.moveobjects and free.enable build but still cant place it. Do you know what causes it?
hii! im not sure exactly what causes that. i think its an ea glitch. ive had it happen before and i just had to play around with it until it let me place it

hii, make sure you filter it by rooms in the gallery and make sure u click "include custom content"
