Thanks for reminding us of Rubio's role in this!
He’s the best!!! I’m a concerned citizen
Incredible episode
Gotta love those corrupt, we-don’t-need-no-stinking-regulations red states!
At 12:40: Rudy Guiliani lends his “considerable credibility” 🤭😆🤣 to Purdue’s battle to save its best seller. I wonder if Guiliani now has enough functioning synapses to even remember the days when he supposedly had any credibility at all???
"Nothing more profitable than American pain"😭
ACC IS BACK BB!
Dear CC, I love your content--it's always engaging, fascinating, and informative. I do want to make one comment, however. The undercurrent of background music--however excellent--creates a serious accessibility barrier for your hearing-impaired listeners. It's very difficult for hard-of-hearing listeners to distinguish the spoken word from the constant musical sound interference. Just a thought for your consideration.
Agreed — plus it is always much too loud and distracting from ACC’s sexy voice! My only complaint either this podcast has ALWAYS been the overbearing music. If it were soft and served as a mere background accent instead an upstaging disruption, the podcast would be far better served!
What a start to the new season, heavy hitting as usual!! I can't imagine looking at my neighbor and wondering "how much do you think I can make off of them" but that's the drug game for you. With Perdue in the opener, our old friend of the show J&J make an appearance, as Perdue only used the industry sales tactics pushed by J&J, as well as opium supplied by J&J.
"Affliction shirt wearing" that is a very specific type of person
Thank you ACC.... Addiction has been a part of my life since 1998 when I lost my first, of too many, family members to overdose, and lost my only sibling on Thanksgiving of 22'. Unfortunately Oxys opened the door for Fentanyl.... My brother was also one of many kids to be sentenced at 12 years old by the Judges of Luzerne County PA. Life never got any better for him.....
Thank you for doing this deep dive. Loved it.
Appreciate all your hard work ❤️
Profit over people like usual. Never going to change.
"Oh shit brah we're in trouble brah! Brah what do we do? They're coming for us brah!"
I almost died when I saw this episode’s picture lmao 🤣 I have seen some of these Affliction T-shirts resurface lately and still the same group of guys that wear them roided up out of their minds!
The MRI detail reminds me so much of the mediCAL doctors i was seeing when I had state insurance. There was trash on the floor during my endoscopy & the PT center i was referred to was so filthy i almost offered to clean it for spare cash during their xmas break.
This episode goes hard.
Hahahahaha the diaperbaby crying on the phone is delightful
I am in agony everyday from small nerve fiber neuropathy now that doctors will not prescribe adequate pain medication. So.. constant and severe pain will make it hard for me to appreciate this episode.
Same boat, different ocean ⛵❤️
"Nothing is more profitable than American Pain". ACC the wordsmith is at it again. Chills.
Thanks, ACC. That last caller is right, stay safe out there.
The Affliction tshirts drop 😅😅. You know this is a good episode.
Thank you!!
Amazing first of the year
Honey wake up, new Swindled episode dropped
Let's go! New year, new ACC 🎉
