Hoooookay. Did a bunch of animations did a bunch of renders. More animations to go. I have ultimately decided that the original plan for that "really complicated scene" was just insane. So I have scaled it back a bit. I have coded it this dev style too so all that's left is to actually make the content for that whole system to work (Never again). Half of the animations have been done for it, and the other half will be done over the next couple of days. So that's exciting.
Once all of these animations are out of the way, I can get back to rendering out the key details for the scene, then a couple more animations to round it off, and then the scene will be done. All in all 5 scenes have been fully completed. with two more half way, out of a possible 11.
Now if we're all good at maths, that means 4 haven't been started yet.
So, all in all, great progress this dev cycle. I hope to fully complete this "insane" scene by the next dev cycle and some more. We will see, but I am hopeful. It's just a lot of brain power.

Hmmm, perhaps mean of a question, but how often do you tell yourself "never again" and end up still repeating it later? I only ask watching your rollercoaster sanity numbers over the years 馃槅

All this talk about the "insane scene" makes me very curious about what we're going to see (and even what the original plan was!) In any case, thanks for the update, and glad the sanity meter is looking relatively OK!
