Single Mom & Gran Duplex | Save File Series
This converted duplex is a staple in this busy neighborhood. The bottom unit is owned by a lonely (and cranky) cat loving Granny, and the upstairs unit has recently became home to a teen mom with her new son. As she is adjusting to teen mom, she's been lucky to rely on Granny for help with babysitting while she continues her diploma, even if it means she's constantly breathing down her neck. Her dreams of becoming an artist are slowly slipping away from her.

Can't wait to put this in my save file. Thank you Laney! love it
PS TWO THINGS: It is playtested, if you try to cook via the stove it says there are more than 2 fridges.... there's not and I could NOT for the life of me figure out why it was saying that. If you try to cook via the Fridge, there are no issues! I also did NOT make it a Residental Rental lot, it is just a residential because placing/building lots as a RR are so frustrating, so for everyone's ease its only set as a residential lot which can be changed on your end if you want!
