My Extreme Rags to Riches House!

Per Request - here is my rags to riches house I am using for my gameplay starting tomorrow!

This is loosely based off of this challenge HERE but also a twist of my own rules!

My additions:

• I will not be gardening/painting. for money. Purely odd jobs, any crafting/yard selling, plopsy, or other realistic ways that you can make money that won't make you super rich super quick. (i.e. paintings giving you like 2k is crazy work in a rags to riches).

• EVERY SINGLE TRASH PILE I HAVE TO PAY TO REMOVE! Every piece of trash will cost a separate amount per the "garage man." The garbage man makes you roll a random number between $1-$500. HE'S GREEDY! So hypothetically, if I wanted to remove the big dirt pile, I'd have to roll a number between 1-500. HE'S THE TRASH MAN! FEED HIM!

• CANNOT ENTER BUY MODE LIKE IN THE RULES LISTED IN THE LINK!

• I want to convert the Garage into a small business that she can run from her home! Gotta clean it up first....

• I'm using mods by Lot51 as well, such as the Plumbros and the Internet mod in addition, so you'll see the utility closet in the home. If you want those to function, you may have to download them yourself: https://lot51.cc/

• If I want a job outside of odd jobs, I have to go to college for a degree first. No entry levels round here. You qualify for no scholarships :/

• Ps. once you move in - type in your cheat bar: MONEY 0

  • NO FREE MONEY!!!! you already get a house!!

The Lore:

• Delilah is a recently widowed young adult who lost her husband "tragically." After he passed, she received a call from the bank that her husband had not only spent all of their money, but also owed a LOT of money to not only the bank but also other people. She ended up declaring bankruptcy but had a little bit of money stashed away that she used to start a new life in Windenburg, living in this tiny fixer upper project.

• The End Goal:

  • Completely fix and renovate the house, all trash gone and house clean.

  • Successfully convert the garage into a functioning small business.

    • EXTRA: If I get a degree (business), I can open my OWN business outside of my home!

  • My fixer upper home is worth at least 250,000.
