Announcement (Story Build 1.2) + Sneak Peek

Hi everyone!

Story Build 1.2 is preparing for release next weekend and, besides continuing the main storyline, it will also include several new additions and improvements. The full list of changes will be published together with the release.

Instaface App

One of the biggest new features in this update is the introduction of the Instaface app.

I’ve just finished the latest UI and code polish, and as promised, here’s a small sneak peek.

The Instaface app combines the functionality of a traditional quest journal while also adding the ability to take selfies and reply to messages from NPCs — including college classmates and even followers in a separate chat tab.

As you meet new characters connected to storylines or side quests, they’ll be added to your friends list and start messaging you. Their messages can range from sweet and wholesome to super flirty or downright spicy.

How you reply to them will shape the direction of the story, your relationships, and everything that happens next!

The selfie feature in this release will be presented in a basic form with minimal working functionality.

In future updates, this feature will be expanded! There will be options to adjust lighting, change poses, and receive reactions to your photos.
Depending on how revealing or spicy the photos you take in the Instaface app are, you’ll start receiving comments and invitations to mini-quests from your fans.

P.S.
The cover image features Mia in one of the new locations you’ll visit in Update 1.2, and for now I’d rather not reveal too much about it — let it remain a pleasant surprise during your playthrough.
