patch 1.127: mod updates
you can find the updated mods in this post! ❤️
the files have also been updated in the original posts.
these updates aren’t patch related. i waited for the patch so i could check compatibility at the same time, but no changes were needed.
- mods should work on earlier game versions too;
- all other mods are compatible.
upd. aug. 31, 2026:
read in bed
- fixed an issue where sims could level up every skill at once after reloading if the game was saved while they were still reading.cuddle while watching tv
- slightly adjusted the animation so sims look at each other less often while watching tv.wash face
- slightly adjusted the facial cleanser’s appearance and disappearance in the animation.mirror selfie
- tuning adjustments & fixes to the main files "simkatu_mirrorphoto" and "simkatu_mirrorphoto_v2_genderneutral". download only one of these two files.remember that you need four files for this mod. you can find the other three required files under the original post.

Hi! With version 128 of the game, your mods cause script errors. As soon as the characters sit down at the TV or computer, an error occurs. Perhaps you’re working on this now. I love your mods and will be eagerly awaiting the update. Thank you for what you’re doing.
hi! can you send me this error?
Didis

Hello, I encountered a problem with your mods, the selfie is not displayed in the mirror, reading on the bed
thank you!!!
Your work brings so much life and joy to my game! 🥹💕 THANK YOU! Would you ever consider making animations for pets, especially cats and dogs? I need more cute and realistic interactions, like cuddling with cats, having a cat or dog on your lap while reading, sleeping with a cat… These are such basic and normal things to do with pets, and the Sims team left SO MUCH out is sad.
Hi I was wondering if you take commissions?
I adore all your mods, they make gameplay a lot more immersive! Is there a place where I could make a mod suggestion?
i have a question, What about the intimate lap kiss
do you know if your book default replacements conflict with valias functional books?
here to say, THANK YOU!! 🩵
thank you for always bringing the update so quickly! 💛
