[1.81b] Known Issue: Apprentice Ruins Spawns

Hey lovelies!

Currently there is a bug in 1.81b that messes with the Spawns in Apprentice Ruins quests.

I'm not at home at the moment to publish a hotfix, but I'll have this fixed when I get back.

In the meantime you can go into LLE's /dungeons/crypts/ folder and delete test.crypts.1.mash ! That's a debugging file I was using to force Brigand Sadist to spawn so I could test him!
