Hotfix 1.74a: Spawn bug

Lmao guess who forgot to remove test / debug spawns from the mod again

Bugfixes:

• Removed test spawns from all levels of The Workshop.

• Properly included Spectre spawns in Cove and Ruins dungeons.

• Fixed an improper reference to Cultist Brawlers in the mash files for the Workshop.

• Fixed an improper reference to Brigand Fusiliers in the mash files for the Crypts.

All 1.74 links have been updated to 1.74a - Please re-download the mod ASAP :)
